香港執業脊醫協會創立於2000年1月，旨在香港推廣脊骨神經科服務。時至今日，香港執業脊醫協會己經發展成為全香港最大的脊醫業專業團體。絕大多數的會員，都是全職在香港執業的脊醫，為大眾提供專業脊醫醫療服務。
自成立至今，本會積極地參與各項有關脊醫業及公眾健康的活動和事務。多年來穫得業界的支持及認同，香港執業脊醫協會在香港才能夠成為有史以來成長最快，會員人數增長最多的脊醫業專業團體。
脊骨神經科學療法的理念
脊醫主要透過獨有的脊骨矯正法，幫助脊骨，中樞神經系統及身體自然康復。脊骨神經科學療法以回復及保持神經和關節功能的原理來幫助病人回復健康，最終令病者脫離痛楚，重投健康美滿的人生。

本會的醫療專業責任保險累積保額為全港所有脊醫業專業團體最高。
香港執業脊醫協會為香港脊醫管理局認可提供持續專業發展(CPD)的專業團體，本會並經常津貼其會員參與由本會主辦的進修課程。
本會致力於促進及提高脊骨保健意識，通過社區健康講座及公眾演講，提高大眾對脊骨健康的認知、鼓勵市民進行定期檢查，並實踐健康生活去減少脊骨錯位的機會。我們歡迎各會員參加由本會安排的各社區活動，為推動脊骨保健出一分力。
會員有權把聯絡資料在協會官方網站的會員目錄上列出，以方便公眾查閱。
本會致力保障市民的健康，規限會員遵循嚴格的專業操守，務求市民可對每位香港執業脊醫協會的脊醫有一定的信心。
會員可享用協會官方網站中專為會員而設的論壇，方便隨時獲得最新資訊，搜索或張貼信息。
本會定期舉辦不同類型的聯誼活動，以增進各會員互相交流的機會，並增加會員對協會的歸屬感。
本會與高質健康用品品牌商保持良好的合作關係。
本會亦不時設有獎學金，供會員舉薦有潛質及有志成為脊醫的人仕申請。

Dr. Vincent Chan discussed about how chiropractic helps with symptoms like neck pain.
In the Hong Kong Economic Times, Vincent Chan, DC, discussed a new study published by the Traditional Chinese Department of Chinese University Hong Kong, that found accupunture treatment to be associated with significant improvements and 40% reduction in neck pain during the 3 months of treatment. “Neck pain patients are many times related with reversed cervical lordosis and chiropractor are found to be the experts in the neck pain management.” said Dr. Chan.
